CAHT helps patients from the CISorganize treatment in Tashkent.
We do not treat patients ourselves. We match a clinic to the medical case, request a plan and an estimate, arrange the arrival and stay with the patient during the visit.
Initial reply within one business day. Plan and estimate in 2–3 business days.
About
Who we are.
CAHT — Central Asian Healthcare Tourism. The project operates under Akfa Holding and coordinates medical trips to Uzbekistan for patients from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia and other CIS countries.
The patient contacts CAHT, sends the records and receives a clear route: which clinic will review the case, what tests are needed, how long the trip will take and the preliminary treatment cost.
CAHT does not diagnose and does not provide treatment. Medical decisions are made by the clinic and the treating doctor.
Service
What CAHT does.
Reviews the medical case
The coordinator collects symptoms, diagnosis, reports, lab results, scans and the preferred trip dates.
Passes the case to the clinic
The records are structured and sent to the specialty partners in Tashkent.
Requests a plan and an estimate
The clinic reviews the case and returns a preliminary plan, timeline and cost.
Arranges the arrival
CAHT arranges visit dates, transfer, hotel, translation and the appointment schedule.
Stays with the patient on-site
The coordinator joins key stages: meet-and-greet, check-in, clinic, paperwork and contact with the doctor.
Helps after the return
The patient receives reports and recommendations. If questions come up, the coordinator helps reach the clinic.
For whom
For whom.
CAHT fits patients who are considering treatment in Uzbekistan and do not want to search for a clinic, doctor, translator, transfer and hotel on their own.
Patients from the CIS
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia and other CIS countries.
If you want an estimate before the trip
The clinic reviews the records before arrival and returns a preliminary plan.
If you need the visit organized
CAHT ties the medical schedule to the logistics: flights, meet-and-greet, hotel, transfer and appointments.
If you travel with a companion
Accommodation, transport and visit schedule can be arranged for the patient and the companion in advance.

Principles
How we work.
Records first, promises later
The clinic receives the medical case before the trip. The patient sees a preliminary plan and an estimate before buying tickets.
One coordinator
The patient talks to a single assigned coordinator, not to different managers at each stage.
Written agreements
Dates, cost, clinic, hotel, transfer and visit schedule are recorded before the arrival.
No silent data sharing
Medical records are not shared with clinics without the patient’s consent.
The medical decision stays with the doctor
CAHT organizes the process. Diagnosis, treatment and medical recommendations come from the clinic.
Not included
What is not part of CAHT’s work.
CAHT does not provide medical services.
CAHT does not replace a doctor and does not diagnose.
CAHT does not guarantee the treatment outcome.
CAHT does not pursue legal disputes between the patient and the clinic.
CAHT does not purchase medication after the patient returns home.
CAHT does not publish fixed prices without reviewing the medical case.
