Terms of Use

Last updated: 04.06.2026

These terms describe how the CAHT service works, what coordination includes and where the boundaries of responsibility lie

1. About the service

CAHT (Central Asian Healthcare Tourism) coordinates medical trips to Uzbekistan: it matches a clinic and doctor, helps with documents and logistics, and supports the patient before, during and after treatment

CAHT does not provide medical services, does not make diagnoses and does not guarantee treatment outcomes. Medical decisions are made by the doctor of the partner clinic

2. What the service does and does not include

Included: matching a clinic and doctor, handing over the case, organizing the trip and providing support

Not included: providing medical services, making a diagnosis, guaranteeing treatment results, liability for the clinic’s obligations, purchasing prescribed medication

3. Costs and estimates

The cost of treatment is set by the clinic according to its price list. A written estimate is provided before arrival and may change after the in-person examination and diagnostics

Matching a clinic and doctor for the patient is free of charge. The cost of support packages is fixed separately

4. Patient responsibilities

Provide accurate information and medical documents, respond to the coordinator in a timely manner and follow the treating doctor’s recommendations

5. Confidentiality

Personal and medical data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Medical documents are shared with a clinic only with your consent

6. Contacts
