Partner clinicsin Tashkent.
CAHT hands medical cases to partner clinics in Tashkent. The clinic reviews the records, proposes a treatment plan and returns a preliminary estimate before the trip.
The clinic is selected after the diagnosis, records and preferred trip dates are reviewed.
Selection
How a clinic is selected.
CAHT does not send every patient to the same clinic. The coordinator reviews the medical case and hands the records where the matching direction, doctor and visit slot are available.
Diagnosis and direction
First the specialty is identified: dentistry, check-up, cardiology, ophthalmology or another medical request.
Patient records
The clinic receives reports, scans, lab results and a description of symptoms. If records are missing, the coordinator will ask for more.
Trip timing
The choice depends on doctor availability, consultation date, the length of diagnostics and a possible procedure.
Estimate before arrival
The patient receives a preliminary calculation after the clinic reviews the case.

How it works through CAHT
The coordinator hands the medical case to the clinic, receives a preliminary plan and helps organize the patient’s visit to Tashkent.
A clinic listing on the website does not replace a medical consultation. The final treatment decision is made by the doctor after the in-person examination and diagnostics.
Upcoming
Clinic joining later.
CAU Hospital × Cleveland Clinic
A university hospital with an international partnership. CAHT integration is planned for June 2028.
What changes after onboarding
The CAHT network expands its capabilities in complex directions, including orthopedics, joint replacement and other specialties on the project roadmap.
Status
Onboarding planned for June 2028.
Until the official onboarding, CAU Hospital should not be treated as a clinic available for booking through CAHT.
Why a short list
Why the website does not list every clinic.
CAHT shows only the clinics where a clear process can be built for the patient: case review before the trip, a preliminary estimate, an agreed visit date and coordinator support.
The full list of clinics per specialty is provided after the medical case review.
Before the trip
What the patient receives before the trip.
Direction response
The clinic confirms whether it can review the medical case.
Preliminary plan
The patient receives a list of consultations, tests or procedures that may be needed.
Approximate timeline
The clinic indicates how many days the visit may take.
Preliminary estimate
Cost is calculated after reviewing the records. The final amount may change after the in-person examination and diagnostics.
Visit date
Once agreed, CAHT helps book the consultation or procedure.
Records after treatment
The patient receives reports and recommendations for follow-up at home.
To consider
Important to consider.
CAHT does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment.
The clinic may request additional tests.
The preliminary estimate may change after the in-person examination.
The visit date depends on the doctor’s schedule and the clinic’s availability.
CAHT does not publish fixed prices without reviewing the medical case.
Medical records are shared with clinics only with the patient’s consent.
