How a clinic receives a patient.

    CAHT receives the request

    The patient fills the form, writes on WhatsApp or sends records by email.

    The coordinator prepares the case

    CAHT clarifies symptoms, diagnosis, trip dates, city of residence and attaches the medical records.

    The clinic reviews the records

    The partner clinic confirms whether it can accept the patient, what tests are needed and how long the visit will take.

    The clinic sends a plan and an estimate

    CAHT passes the preliminary plan, timeline and cost to the patient.

  5. 05

    The patient agrees on the trip

    Once agreed, CAHT helps with appointments, transfer, hotel and translation.

    The patient goes through the visit

    The clinic provides medical care. CAHT coordinates the day-to-day and communication side.

Requirements

What CAHT needs from the clinic.

  • Assign a point of contact

    CAHT needs to know who handles cases, responds on time and shares estimates.

  • Agree on specialties

    The clinic specifies which specialties it can accept through CAHT.

  • Process cases on time

    Response timelines are fixed in the contract or SLA.

  • Provide a written plan

    The patient should receive a clear plan: consultations, tests, procedure, timeline and preliminary cost.

  • Work with patient records

    The clinic accepts records before arrival and signals if more data is needed.

  • Agree on the financial model

    Commission, payment terms and reporting are fixed before work begins.

For doctors and agents

For referring doctors and agents in the CIS.

If you are a doctor, medical consultant or agent in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia or another CIS country, you can refer patients to CAHT and receive a commission after the treatment is completed.

Implants, veneers, zirconia crowns, prosthetics and full-mouth restoration.

Check-up

Basic and extended body screening in 1–3 days.

Cardiology

Diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, angina and myocardial infarction. Stenting and angioplasty by indication.

Ophthalmology

Cataract, LASIK, glaucoma and retinal disease diagnostics.

If the request belongs to another direction, forward it to the coordinator. CAHT will say whether it can help now or suggest a different route.

Boundaries

What partners should not promise.

  • Do not promise a fixed price before the records are reviewed.

  • Do not promise the treatment outcome.

  • Do not promise a specific doctor without the clinic’s confirmation.

  • Do not promise a procedure date before the schedule is agreed.

  • Do not promise a tourist programme while the medical schedule is unclear.

  • Do not share medical records without the patient’s consent.

  • Do not refer to CAHT as a clinic.
