This document describes what you agree to when submitting a request or medical documents through CAHT
1. Subject of consent
By submitting a request on the CAHT website or contacting us via messenger, you consent to the processing of your personal data and medical documents for the purpose of coordinating treatment
2. What data is processed
Contact details (name, phone, messenger, email, country and city), information about the medical case and the medical documents you attach (reports, lab results, scans, conclusions)
3. Purposes of processing
Contacting you, matching a clinic and doctor, handing the case to a partner clinic to prepare a preliminary plan and estimate, organizing the trip and providing support
4. Sharing with third parties
Medical documents are shared with a partner clinic only after confirmation by the coordinator. Medical data is not shared with clinics without your consent
5. Validity and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@ca-medtourism.com
