At launch CAHT accepts requests in four directions. For every case the coordinator collects the records, hands them to the clinic and requests a preliminary plan.

Not sure

If you don’t know which direction to choose.

Describe the symptoms and attach any records you have. The coordinator reviews the request and suggests which direction to hand the case to.

If the case requires a different specialty, CAHT will say so before the trip and suggest the next step: wait for the direction to come online, contact another clinic, or consider treatment outside Uzbekistan.

Send records for review

Process

How CAHT hands the case to the clinic.

  1. 01

    You send a request

Describe the diagnosis, symptoms, city of residence and preferred trip dates.

  2. 02

    The coordinator prepares the case

The records are structured for the clinic. If something is missing, the coordinator will ask for more information.

  3. 03

    The clinic reviews the records

The partner clinic reviews the case and returns a preliminary plan, timeline and estimate.

  4. 04

    You make the decision

Once the plan is agreed, CAHT arranges appointments, transfer, hotel and the visit schedule.

  5. 05

    The coordinator joins the visit

They help at key stages: meet-and-greet, check-in, consultations, paperwork and contact with the clinic.

CAHT · Your case

Send records to a coordinator.

You do not need to choose a clinic department yourself. Describe the situation and attach medical records if available. The coordinator reviews the case and hands it to the right clinic.

Medical data is not shared with clinics without the patient’s consent.
