We handle your personal and medical data with care. Below is how we collect, use and protect it
1. Who processes your data
CAHT (Central Asian Healthcare Tourism) is a service that coordinates medical trips to Uzbekistan. CAHT does not provide medical services and does not make diagnoses; medical decisions are made by the doctors of partner clinics
This policy describes what personal and medical data we collect, why and how we use and protect it
2. What data we collect
Contact details: name, phone, messenger (WhatsApp/Telegram), email, country and city of residence
Information about the medical case: treatment direction, a description of the situation, preferred trip dates, whether a companion is travelling
Medical documents you attach on your own initiative: reports, lab results, scans, conclusions
Technical data: cookies and basic website analytics
3. How we use the data
To contact you, clarify the medical case and match a suitable clinic and doctor
To hand your case to a partner clinic for a preliminary plan and estimate
To organize the trip: visa, flight, transfer, accommodation and support at your request
To stay in touch before, during and after treatment
4. Sharing data with clinics
Medical documents are shared with a partner clinic only after your consent and confirmation by the coordinator
We transfer the minimum necessary amount of data and do not publish your personal or medical information
5. Storage and protection
We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements
Access is limited to staff involved in handling your request
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing
To do so, email us at info@ca-medtourism.com
7. Cookies
