How to start treatmentthrough CAHT.

Describe the medical case and attach the records if you have them. The coordinator hands the case to the clinic, requests a plan and an estimate, and then helps organize the trip to Tashkent.

Initial reply within one business day. Plan and estimate in 2–3 business days.

First request

What to send to the coordinator.

You don’t need to prepare a complete medical archive for the first request. Send what you have. The coordinator will say what else the clinic needs.

Description of the situation

Diagnosis, symptoms, when the problem started, what treatment has already been received.

Medical records

Reports, doctor’s opinions, lab results, examination findings.

Scans and tests

CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, echocardiogram, ophthalmology diagnostics — if available.

List of medications

Name of medications, dosage and how long they have been taken.

City and trip dates

Where you plan to travel from and which dates work for being in Tashkent.

Contacts

Phone, WhatsApp or another messenger, email.

You can send a photo of a report or a lab result. The coordinator will say if a different format is needed.

Common worries

What patients usually worry about.

  • I don’t know which clinic to choose

The coordinator reviews the medical case and hands the records to the matching clinic. The patient receives a preliminary plan before the trip.

  • I don’t understand how much it will cost

The clinic calculates the estimate after reviewing the records. The final cost may change after the in-person examination or additional tests.

  • I’m worried about the language

The coordinator speaks Russian and Uzbek. Most partner clinics work with Russian-speaking patients. An English translator is arranged on request.

  • I don’t want to handle logistics myself

CAHT helps with visit dates, transfer, hotel, translation and the appointment schedule.

  • What happens after returning home

The patient receives medical reports and recommendations. If questions come up, the coordinator helps reach the clinic.

    The clinic reviews the records

The partner clinic reviews the case and confirms whether it can accept the patient. The plan and estimate usually take 2–3 business days.

  4. 04

The patient receives a preliminary plan, timeline, cost and visit conditions. Then decides about the trip.

The preliminary estimate is built from records. After the in-person examination the clinic may order additional tests or change the plan.

  • Duration depends on the specialty

A check-up may take 2–3 days. Dentistry, cardiology and ophthalmology depend on the procedure and the doctor’s decision.

  • Tourism is not always possible

  • The coordinator does not replace the doctor
