Tashkent Zoo

Tashkent Zoo is one of the largest zoos in Central Asia, located in Tashkent. Its green grounds are home to animals from different regions, including local species and inhabitants of savannas, forests and tropics. Walkways, lawns and shaded areas make it a comfortable place for a relaxed walk outdoors between medical appointments.

Visitors usually see enclosures with big cats, hoofed animals, primates and birds, as well as open areas for the animals. Part of the exhibition is outdoors, and there are benches and shaded paths. During hot hours, morning or evening visits are more comfortable. The pace is easy and unhurried.
