Online reviewof the medical case

Describe the diagnosis, symptoms and convenient trip dates. The coordinator checks which records are missing and explains how to hand the case to the partner clinic

CAHT does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. The medical opinion comes from the clinic or the doctor

Included

What an online review covers

Request review

The coordinator clarifies the diagnosis, symptoms, treatment history and the goal of the request

Records check

We check whether the reports, lab results, scans and opinions the clinic needs for a preliminary response are available

Direction match

The coordinator helps identify the direction: dentistry, check-up, cardiology, ophthalmology or another specialty

Next step

After the review, the patient knows which records to send, which clinic the case can go to and when to expect the preliminary plan

Not included

What is not part of the review

  • CAHT does not diagnose

  • CAHT does not prescribe treatment

  • CAHT does not override your doctor’s prescriptions

  • CAHT does not assess acute conditions online

  • CAHT does not guarantee that the clinic will accept the case

  • CAHT does not quote a final cost before the clinic responds

If you need urgent medical help, contact the nearest clinic or call emergency services
